Wine Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. pot roast
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. wine vinegar
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 c. cooking oil
    1/4 c. catsup
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. celery mustard
Preparation
    Brown meat over low heat in a small amount of hot oil. Sprinkle with salt.
    Combine vinegar, oil, catsup, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic and mustard.
    Pour over meat, put the lid on and cook for 2 hours.
    When done, spoon sauce over meat.
