Carrot-Raisin Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. raw shredded carrots
1 c. seedless raisins
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. milk
1 Tbsp. honey
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Toss carrots and raisins together; blend remaining ingredients together to make dressing.
Mix with carrots and raisins. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
