Banana Nut Bread #2 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sifted self-rising flour
    2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/4 c. Crisco oil
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. soda
    6 Tbsp. buttermilk
    3 eggs
    2 c. chopped pecans
    1 c. (about 2 medium) very ripe bananas
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix all this together, putting in bananas and nuts last. Divide into 2 loaf pans. Cook at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
