Cream Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion
    3 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 c. water
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 c. milk
    1 1/4 c. instant potatoes
    1 c. cream
Preparation
    In large pan, heat onion, bouillon, water and salt to boiling. Reduce heat; cover and simmer about 10 minutes.
    Add milk; stir in instant potatoes.
    Beat until fluffy.
    Gradually stir in 1 1/2 cups milk.
    Heat to boiling.
