Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean beef stew, round steak or boneless roast, cut into cubes
    2 bell peppers, chopped
    2 medium onions, chopped
    Greek seasoning to taste
Preparation
    Brown meat in large skillet.
    Season with Greek seasoning. Cover with tight lid, turn heat down to low and cook until meat is very tender.
    Cut pepper and onions; add to meat.
    Cook until peppers and onions are done but not real soft.
    Serve with baked potato, salad and hot rolls.
