Porcupines - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 lb. ground pork (you may use all beef or any combination of beef, venison, pork or turkey)
    1/2 tsp. minced onion
    2 c. canned tomatoes
    2 Tbsp. chili or ketchup
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix rice, meat, salt and chili sauce.
    Shape into balls of medium size.
    Pour tomatoes over the top.
    Cover.
    Bake 60 to 80 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven and see your little porcupines.
    (This can also be made into a loaf.)
