Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless beef sirloin or top round steak (3/4-inch thick)
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
    1 Tbsp. catsup
    3/4 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. salt
    8 oz. sour cream or French onion dip
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Salt and pepper meat.
    Place beef in a roasting pan, uncovered.
    Put in oven at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Turn off oven.
    Do not open door!
    Let set.
