Faye'S Chocolate Pie Filling - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. flour
2 or 3 Tbsp. cocoa
2 c. milk or 1 c. evaporated milk and 1 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. sugar
2 egg yolks, beaten
Preparation

Combine all dry ingredients in a medium saucepan.
Combine milk and egg yolks.
Add this slowly to dry ingredients.
Cook over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Stir in 1 teaspoon vanilla.
Pour into baked pie shell.
Top with meringue and brown.
