Russian Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, cut up
    1 (8 oz.) bottle Russian-style dressing
    1 (12 oz.) jar apricot preserves
    1 envelope onion soup mix
Preparation
    Rinse chicken and trim off any loose fat.
    Pat dry and set aside in shallow dish.
    Combine dressing, apricot preserves and onion soup mix.
    Pour over chicken.
    Marinate in refrigerator for 2 hours or overnight. Bake, uncovered, in a 300\u00b0 oven until tender (2 hours).
