Barbecue Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. roast
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 large bottle catsup
    1/2 c. water
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. liquid smoke
    2 tsp. chili powder
    2 tsp. brown sugar
Preparation
    Brown chuck roast in hot fat.
    Mix remaining ingredients for sauce.
    Cover roast with sauce.
    Cover and bake at 325\u00b0 for 3 to 4 hours or until tender.
    Pull meat apart in slivers and return to sauce.
    Serve over hamburger buns.
