Tomato Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. quartered green tomatoes
    1 c. vinegar
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. red pepper
    1 c. quartered onions
    1 c. quartered bell peppers
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. celery seed
Preparation
    Combine vinegar, sugar, salt and red pepper.
    Heat until all is dissolved.
    Add tomatoes and simmer for 5 minutes.
    Add last 4 ingredients and simmer for 5 minutes.
    Pack loosely in jars and cover with boiling juice and seal with hot lids.
