Schrafft'S Hot Fudge Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    3 sq. unsweetened chocolate
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. heavy cream
Preparation
    Melt butter, chocolate and sugar over hot water.
    Add rest of ingredients.
    Let cook 2 hours.
    Add 1 teaspoon vanilla before serving.
    Makes 1 pint.
    Keep refrigerated.
    Easy to reheat in microwave.
