Ingredients

2 sticks butter
3 c. sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. Crisco oil
6 eggs
2 c. self-rising flour
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
2 c. pecans
8 oz. butterscotch chips
3/4 c. self-rising flour
Preparation

Blend butter, sugar and cream cheese well.
Add Crisco, eggs, flour and vanilla flavoring one at a time.
Coat pecans and butterscotch chips with flour.
Mix with other ingredients and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours in a tube pan.
