Oven Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. round steak (3/4-inch thick)
    1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    2 c. Ro-Tel tomatoes and green chilies
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cut meat into bite-sized pieces.
    Combine flour and salt and coat meat.
    Reserve remaining flour for sauce.
    Brown meat in shortening.
    Transfer to shallow baking dish.
    Blend reserved flour into pan drippings in skillet.
    Add cut up tomatoes and Worcestershire sauce to drippings and cook to gravy consistency. Pour over meat.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours or until tender.
    Sprinkle cheese over meat.
    Return to oven for a few minutes to melt cheese.
    Serve over hot rice.
