Brunch Egg Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. croutons
1 c. shredded cheese
4 large eggs, beaten
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
dash of cayenne pepper (if desired)
6 slices bacon
Preparation

Spread croutons in greased 10 x 6-inch pan.
Sprinkle cheese over croutons.
Mix and pour over eggs, milk, salt, mustard and pepper.
Cook bacon until crisp.
Drain.
Crumble and sprinkle over all.
Bake 50 minutes or until set in a 325\u00b0 oven.
