Cheese Log - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cut up and softened
    2 c. shredded smoked Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. margarine or butter, softened
    1/4 c. dry red wine
    1 Tbsp. finely snipped chives
    2 tsp. prepared horseradish
    1 c. finely chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Combine cheeses, margarine, wine, chives and horseradish with electric mixer.
    Beat until fluffy.
    Cover and chill at least 1 hour or overnight.
