Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 eggs
    2 1/4 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. dry mustard
    finely diced onion and green pepper
    1 lb. ham
    1 lb. American cheese
    1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
    1 loaf whole wheat bread
Preparation
    Spray a 9 x 13-inch pan with cooking spray; remove crust from bread.
    Cover bottom of pan.
    Place layer of American cheese to your liking and layer of bread.
    Top with diced ham, pepper and onion.
    Beat together the eggs, milk, salt and mustard.
    Pour over bread.
    Top with Cheddar cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Great if made the night before.
    Set in fridge overnight; bake in morning.
