Tijuana Train Wreck - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef, browned
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 tsp. chili powder
    2 tsp. oregano
    2 tsp. cumin
    1 tsp. salt
    2 cloves garlic (dried)
    2 cans tomato paste
    6 cans water (tomato sauce cans)
Preparation
    Combine and simmer ingredients
    for 2 1/2 hours.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
    To serve, place 1 large handful of tortilla chips on plate.
    Cover with sauce, chopped lettuce, tomatoes, grated cheese, onions, olives and sour cream.
