Baked Stuffed Trout - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) trout per serving
    6 to 10 fresh or canned mushrooms
    2 medium onions, diced
    1/4 c. fresh parsley
    butter or margarine
    1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
    garlic to taste
    salt
    pepper
    1/4 c. celery, chopped
    pinch of sage
Preparation
    A large whiting may be used in this recipe instead of trout.
