Beef Tips On Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless sirloin steak
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
    1 c. water
    1 Tbsp. catsup
    1 can sliced mushrooms (undrained, optional)
    hot, cooked rice
Preparation
    Partially freeze steak. Slice diagonally across the grain into 2 x 1/4-inch strips. Saute steak and onion in butter until steak is brown. Add flour. Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Add chicken soup and next 4 ingredients, stirring until blended. Cover and cook over low heat 30 minutes or until beef is tender. Serve over rice. Yields 4 servings.
