Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 5 lb. pot roast
    cut up vegetables (carrots, green pepper, onion and potatoes)
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper
    1/2 tsp. dried mustard
    1 c. ketchup
    1 1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Make a paste of the ingredients, except roast and vegetables. Sear meat on stove for 20 minutes.
    In 13 x 9-inch pan, layer 1/2 sauce, meat, vegetables and remaining sauce.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for about two hours, covered.
    Can also be made in crock-pot.
