Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 qt. strawberries
3/4 c. water
1 tsp. lemon juice
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. whipping cream
Preparation

Line baked cool pie shell with berries, reserving one cup of fresh berries for glaze.
Simmer 1 cup berries and water in saucepan.
In dish, mix sugar and cornstarch.
Add to hot fruit and water.
Cook until clear, stirring constantly.
Add lemon juice.
Top with whipped cream.
May use fresh peaches or blueberries.
