Jane'S Hot Crab-Artichoke Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large green bell pepper, chopped fine
1 Tbsp. olive oil
2 (14 oz.) cans Progresso artichoke hearts, drained and diced
2 c. or more mayonnaise
1/2 c. chopped green onions
1/2 c. pimento, drained and chopped
1 c. fresh Parmesan, grated
1 1/2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 jalapenos, chopped
1 tsp. celery salt
1 lb. or 3 cans fancy jumbo crab meat, drained and shell removed
Preparation

Saute pepper in oil over medium heat.
Mix in pepper, artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, green onions, pimento, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, jalapenos and celery salt.
Stir in crab and spoon into a buttered casserole dish. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes in a 375\u00b0 oven.
