Coconut Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cornstarch
    4 eggs
    3 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. coconut
    1 (10-inch) deep dish pie crust, uncooked
Preparation
    Combine sugar, salt and cornstarch.
    Beat eggs and add to dry ingredients.
    Beat in vanilla.
    Sprinkle coconut over bottom of crust.
    Pour egg mixture over.
    Bake 1 hour at 400\u00b0.
