Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburger meat
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can mild enchilada sauce
    1 small can diced black olives
    2 or 3 jalapeno peppers, sliced
    dash of chili powder
    flour tortillas
    Longhorn cheese
Preparation
    Brown hamburger, onions and bell pepper in skillet.
    Drain good.
    Add the next 6 ingredients, mixing well.
    Line large casserole dish with flour tortillas (overlapping).
    Spread 1/2 of mixture over tortillas.
    Grate Longhorn cheese and sprinkle over meat.
    Repeat layers, except for cheese.
    Bake in oven at 350\u00b0 until bubbly, then use the rest of cheese on top and bake until cheese is melted.
    Serve hot.
