Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 apple, cored and seeded (unpeeled)
    1 orange, segmented and seeded (peel optional)
    1/2 lb. cranberries
    1 c. sugar
    1 pkg. cherry jello
    1 medium can crushed pineapple
Preparation
    Grind apple, orange and cranberries in blender or food processor.
    Add sugar.
    In another bowl, dissolve jello in 3/4 cup boiling water.
    Let cool.
    Add pineapple and the ground fruit to the jello.
    Refrigerate 48 hours before serving.
