Fresh Peach Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1-1/4 cup cooking oil
    2 cups sugar
    3 eggs
    2 tsp vanilla
    3 cups self-rising flour, sifted
    2 cups fresh peaches, chopped
    1 cup chopped pecans
    1 cup coconut
    3 oz cream cheese
    2 Tbsp peach juice
    1-1/2 cups 4x sugar
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
    Combine oil, sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
    Blend until smooth.
    Gradually add flour then fold in peaches, nuts, and coconut.
    Cook for 1 hour the reduce heat to 300 degrees and cook another 15 minutes.
    Cool.
    Mix cream cheese, peach juice and 4x sugar and pour over warm cake.
