Puffy Pancake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. milk
    2 eggs, beaten
    pinch of nutmeg
    4 Tbsp. butter or oleo
    2 Tbsp. powdered sugar
    juice of 1/2 lemon
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Mix flour, eggs, milk, and nutmeg together, leaving batter lumpy.
    Melt butter in large frypan and add batter.
    Bake 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown.
    Sprinkle with powdered sugar, return briefly to oven.
    Sprinkle with lemon juice.
    Cut in wedges.
