Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 sweet potatoes
    1/2 c. honey
    1/4 c. brown sugar (raw)
    1/4 c. molasses
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/3 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Boil sweet potatoes until tender.
    Cut into large cubes to cook faster.
    Remove from pan and drain.
    Place in a large mixing bowl and mash until smooth (a hand mixer works great).
    Add honey, brown sugar, molasses, raisins and blend well.
    Now place sweet potatoes in a baking dish or pan and sprinkle walnuts on top. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
