Lasagne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground chuck
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 tsp. Accent
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. seasoned pepper
    1 pkg. Mozzarella cheese
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. oregano
    2 bay leaves, crushed
    1 1/2 tsp. basil
    4 small cans tomato sauce
    8 slices lasagne
    Parmesan cheese
    1 lb. cottage cheese
Preparation
    Sprinkle beef with all seasonings and brown. Add diced green pepper and onion.
    Simmer a few minutes, adding tomato sauce. Cook lasagne according to package.
    Alternate layers of lasagne, beef mix, cottage cheese and Parmesan cheese, ending with beef mix.
    Cook 20 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Add Mozzarella and bake 5 more minutes.
    Freezes well, but will need to be thawed beforehand or baked longer.
