Asparagus Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. milk
1 large can asparagus
crushed potato chips to suit
Preparation

Melt butter over low heat in saucepan. Blend in flour and seasoning. Cook over low heat, stirring until mixture is smooth. Remove from heat.
Stir in milk. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
Add grated cheese; stir until melted.
Place half of the asparagus in baking dish. Top with half of the cheese sauce and potato chips. Repeat with another layer of asparagus, sauce and potato chips.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
