Hamburger Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground beef
    3 to 4 slices white bread
    1 egg (large)
    1 small onion, diced
    salt, pepper, seasoned salt and garlic salt
Preparation
    Pinch bread into small pieces in mixing bowl.
    Add enough milk to moisten while you dice onion.
    Add ingredients together.
    Make into patties the size you want and about 1/2-inch thick.
    Fry in large pan (with just enough oil to cover bottom good) until brown.
