Crock-Pot Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can Spam, cubed
    8 to 10 medium potatoes
    2 onions, diced
    1 can Cheddar cheese soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Peel, slice and layer potatoes, onions and Spam. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Spoon 1/2 of each can of soup on the layers. Repeat the last half of potatoes, onions and Spam; salt and pepper. Spoon remaining soups on this layer. Cover and cook on low 6 to 8 hours or on high 3 to 4 hours.
