Mandarin Pork Roast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 5 lb. center cut loin pork roast
salt and pepper
1 can mandarin oranges (including liquid)
1 can crushed pineapple (including liquid)
4 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation

Roast meat uncovered until fork-tender.
Put remaining ingredients in saucepan, including the liquid from the fruit. Heat in saucepan, stirring until thickened, adding water if necessary.
