Italian Cream Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick margarine
1/2 c. Crisco
2 c. sugar
5 egg yolks
2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 small can coconut (1 1/3 c. loosely packed)
1 c. chopped nuts
5 egg whites, beaten stiff
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 stick margarine
1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Combine
all ingredients together until smooth;
spread on cake and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
