Easy Fudge Frosting - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 sq. Baker's unsweetened chocolate
2 Tbsp. butter
4 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Microwave chocolate and butter in large microwavable bowl on High 1 minute or until butter is melted.
Stir until chocolate is completely melted.
Stir in sugar, milk and vanilla until smooth. Let stand, if necessary, until of spreading consistency, spreading occasionally.
Spread quickly.
(Add 2 to 3 tablespoons additional milk if frosting becomes too thick.)
Makes about 2 1/2 cups or enough to frost tops and sides of 2 (8 to 9-inch) layer cakes.
