Plum Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
1 egg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. sugar
1 c. all-purpose flour
5 large plums (1 1/2 lb.)
1/4 c. brown sugar
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Sprinkle brown sugar over bottom of baking dish.
Place plums side up over sugar.
Stir together flour, sugar and cinnamon in small bowl.
Stir in egg until mix is crumbly.
Sprinkle over plums.
Pour melted butter over top. Place dish on foil.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
Serve warm.
