Irish Braised Lamb - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 lb. lamb
    1 onion
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/2 pt. stock
    2 tomatoes
    1/4 tsp. garlic
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Heat oil; barely brown lamb.
    Transfer meat to casserole dish. Saute onion and tomato in oil lightly.
    Add stock to mixture and spice as desired.
    Add mixture to meat.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
    Serve with potatoes and green beans.
