Purple Lady Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. raspberry Jell-O
    1 c. boiling water
    1 (15 oz.) can blueberries (undrained)
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
    1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
    2 c. Cool Whip
Preparation
    Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water.
    Stir in blueberries and pineapple.
    Chill until consistency of unbeaten egg whites (approximately 30 minutes).
    Fold in Cool Whip and nuts into thickened Jell-O.
    Pour into 8-inch square pan.
    Chill until firm. Cut into squares to serve.
