Tasty And Tender Round Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. beef round steak (1/2-inch thick)
1/4 c. flour
2 tsp. dry mustard
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. Crisco
1/2 c. water
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Trim excess fat from meat.
Cut in serving pieces.
Combine flour, mustard, salt and pepper.
Use to coat meat; reserve remaining flour mixture.
Melt Crisco in skillet.
Brown meat on both sides.
Push meat to one side and stir in reserved flour mixture.
Combine water and Worcestershire.
Stir into mixture. Cook and stir until thick and bubbly.
Reduce heat.
Cover and simmer 1 1/2 hours.
