Walnut Crunch Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. coarsely chopped walnuts
3/4 c. packed light brown sugar
2 unbaked (9-inch) pie shells
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 can (16 oz.) pumpkin
3/4 c. granulated sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. salt
1 can (12 oz.) evaporated milk
3 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
Mix walnuts and brown sugar in a small bowl.
Place 3/4 cup in bottom of pie shells.
Reserve remaining mixture for topping.
