Chicken Noodle Casserole(Serves 8 To 10) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. (3 1/2 c. uncooked) noodles
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 (6 oz.) can evaporated milk
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. shredded American cheese
    buttered bread crumbs
    3 c. diced, cooked chicken
    1/4 c. diced green pepper
    1 c. sliced celery
    1/4 c. diced pimento (can use canned)
    1 c. sliced blanched almonds
Preparation
    Cook noodles in boiling salted water until tender.
    Drain. Mix soup, milk and salt; heat, stirring constantly.
    Add cheese; stir until melted.
    Add remaining ingredients except 1/2 almonds and the crumbs.
    Put mixture in casserole, top with crumbs and remaining almonds.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 about 30 minutes.
