Buttermilk Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 6 boneless chicken breasts
1 c. buttermilk
1/3 stick margarine
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation

Soak chicken breasts 30 minutes in the buttermilk.
Pour off buttermilk and then roll chicken breasts in flour.
Melt margarine in casserole dish.
Bake 25 minutes, both sides, at 350\u00b0 and then pour cream of mushroom soup and buttermilk over chicken.
Bake another 25 minutes.
