Ice Cream Kolacky(A Czechoslovakian Pastry) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pt. vanilla ice cream, softened
    1 lb. margarine, softened
    4 c. flour
Preparation
    Cream ice cream and margarine together.
    Beat in flour by cupfuls.
    Roll out dough and cut into 1-inch squares.
    Put about 1/2 teaspoon of Solo brand apricot, cherry, raspberry or prune fruit filling in the middle of each square.
    Fold 2 end corners and press together.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
    When cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
