Twice Baked Yams - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 yam (per person)
    butter
    brown sugar
    chopped pecans
    cinnamon
Preparation
    Bake yams until done.
    Cut thin slice off of top and scoop pulp into bowl.
    Whip pulp with butter and brown sugar to taste. Refill yam shells.
    Top with chopped pecans and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
