Western Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
    1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans, drained
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed tomato soup
    4 oz. sharp process American cheese, shredded or cubed
    1/4 c. milk
    1 tsp. instant minced onions or 1 medium chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1 pkg. canned biscuits or make own (10)
    1 Tbsp. melted margarine
    1/4 c. yellow cornmeal
Preparation
    Brown beef in skillet.
    Stir in corn, beans, soup, cheese, milk, onions and chili powder.
    Bring to a boil.
    Put boiling mixture into a 2-quart casserole. Bake at 400\u00b0, uncovered, for 10 minutes.
    Place biscuits on top.
    Return to oven; bake until biscuits are done and golden brown.
