Chicken-Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. rice
6 c. water
3 medium size onions, sliced
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 lb. butter
1 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. dried marjoram or 1 tsp. fresh marjoram
1/2 c. chopped parsley
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 c. cubed pineapple
2 c. chopped chicken
Preparation

Cook rice until tender.
Rinse; drain.
Cook onions and celery in the butter until soft.
Add basil, marjoram, parsley, salt and pepper.
Stir in pineapple.
Add chicken-rice.
Correct the seasoning as needed.
