Pasta Primavera - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 onion, chopped
    1/2 lb. diced carrots
    1/2 lb. zucchini, sliced
    1/2 lb. snow peas
    3/4 lb. vermicelli
    2 Tbsp. chopped mint
Preparation
    Melt butter in a large saucepan.
    Cover and saute onion for 5 minutes.
    Add carrots and cook 10 minutes, then add zucchini and cook 5 minutes.
    Add peas and cook 2 to 3 minutes longer.
    In another large saucepan, cook vermicelli until al dente.
    Drain, then add to vegetable mixture together with mint.
    Mix well and serve.
    Serves 4.
