Garden Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium potatoes
    6 small carrots
    1 large onion
    1 c. peas
    1 c. sweet corn
    1 c. green beans
    6 c. water
    3 c. beef stock cubes
    3 oz. tomato paste
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Peel and chop potatoes and carrots.
    Peel and slice onion.
    Put the water, stock cubes and tomato paste into the frying pan.
    Do not cover.
    Turn heat to medium-high.
    Stir until cubes dissolve. Add the vegetables, salt and pepper.
    Stir again.
    When the stew starts to boil, put lid on the frying pan and turn temperature down.
    Cook gently for 25 to 30 minutes.
