Spiked Kielbasa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. cooked kielbasa
1 c. beer (no foam)
1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
3 Tbsp. mustard
2 Tbsp. horseradish
Preparation

Cut kielbasa in 2 1/2 inch pieces on the diagonal; place in large skillet with beer.
Cover and simmer 10 minutes.
In small bowl stir together sugar, cornstarch, mustard and horseradish.
Add to skillet; bring to boil for 1 minute, until thickened.
Makes 6 to 8 servings, 475 calories for 6 servings.
